I am the CREATIVE DIRECTOR of RAIN CREW. I manage Rain Crew's team and creative outputs maintaining a consistent programme of activities, including events, performances and community outreach programmes, that align with our mission of building an inclusive community through dance that helps people proactively celebrate and share their authentic selves.

As ARTIST SUPPORT PRODUCER at EAST LONDON DANCE I create a diverse programme of artist & producer support initiatives that benefit the East London dance -and wider community. This includes designed the flagship OUR HOUSE programme which hands over curatorial power of our programme to diverse local talent.

I am a FREELANCE CREATIVE PRODUCER for independent artists with strong voices, mostly representing marginalised groups. I source funding, venues, partners but also enjoy being in the studio with my artist and support the creative process. Artists include: Saskia Horton, Paris Crossley, Si Rawlinson, Youness el Mouaffaq, Emma Houston and Kayleigh Price.

ARTOLUTION is a US based charity focused on developing local leaders in the arts to use collaborative art-making as a tool for communities to share their stories with the world. As their PROGRAMME MANAGER I helped develop and deliver the Virtual Bridges programme which is an online arts exchange programme between young people in crisis zones or emergency situations.
